Good morning! Top of the week. Does anybody have any short term goals in place or is anyone making small tweaks or changes to a regimen or diet plan?

For me I plan to start a 48-72 hour fast beginning tomorrow. And then I'll be following a warrior diet for about a week.

    Hello, Just getting started here and trying to figure everything out. My short term goal is to lose 10 pounds by November. I've done this before with WW, but this time I'm just using online tools. I plan to read forums as often as I can to keep motivated. I find short term goals are better for my weight loss. I don't want to think about how much I need to lose or how long it will take. 😀

    I keep track of everything I eat every day. It keeps me accountable to the amount of calories I am supposed to consume everyday.
