Walking Every Day

After walking only once a day for 30 minutes in the morning,‘I didn’t see too much progress. So i stepped it up and now walk three times a day for 30-45 minutes and last time I got 19,000 steps! My clothes barely fit me now, but I should add strength exercises as well.

good for you! walking will strengthen your legs, butt, hips and possibly abs.2

Hi! Thank you all for your comments and inspiration! I put in my food diary how much I eat. I love walks, so calming first thing in the morning. I have my coffee and go for a walk 😁👍2

Well done! I love walking when the weather is nice me,my husband and son used to walk to our local park and round it but the weather has been so naff this year we have missed it x but I do do a lot of walking at work xx0
