Walking Every Day

After walking only once a day for 30 minutes in the morning,‘I didn’t see too much progress. So i stepped it up and now walk three times a day for 30-45 minutes and last time I got 19,000 steps! My clothes barely fit me now, but I should add strength exercises as well.

    good for you! walking will strengthen your legs, butt, hips and possibly abs.

    Hi! Thank you all for your comments and inspiration! I put in my food diary how much I eat. I love walks, so calming first thing in the morning. I have my coffee and go for a walk 😁👍

    Well done! :) I love walking when the weather is nice :) me,my husband and son used to walk to our local park and round it :) but the weather has been so naff this year we have missed it x but I do do a lot of walking at work :D xx
