That's what I said to my weighing machine while doing my happy dance! :D

I know I'm supposed to contain my happiness until it's real, but I may have just broken my weight loss plateau after months of not seeing any results. I lost ONE whole pound. I've been seen this number consistently for three days now, so I want to believe it.

Please tell me to believe it. If you won't, forever hold your peace. Lol

    Yes! I seem to have broken the weight loss plateau. Finally, I'm seeing the needle move down. Second pound lost! Yay!!
