Does anyone have so much trouble with the instability of the app?

Over the past months, it has been no more than 5-7 days in a row, that the app did not crash frequently… Since weeks, it stalls literally after every single entry or editing!
Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS up to date.
I need to “kill” the app and start it again (sometimes up to three times, before I can enter again.
I weit to tech support but all I got was a standardised answer, basically putting the blame on the user… I am disgusted by the lack of support, since the app is far from cheap!

    That doesn't sound right. Did they perhaps ask you to perform some troubleshooting that you are taking as blaming you for the issue? I can assure you that isn't the case, and I would be very, very surprised if one of our wonderful agents actually blamed you for an issue.

    If you were asked to perform troubleshooting or provide device details, I would recommend that you follow up with the agent/support case and perform whatever steps they suggested. The reason we ask that you perform troubleshooting steps is for the simple reason that we cannot remotely control your device for you.

    I'm also a victim of the crashing/hanging iOS app. I used to blame my old iPhone XS Max but just got a iPhone 15 Pro Max and the issue is as bad if not worse.
