How do I add Group Power as an activity?

Hi :)
I do a 1-hour class several times a week called Group Power at my gym, and Body Pump at others. It consists of working each major muscle group using lighter weights and many reps for the length of one song per group. I am assuming it burns about 200 calories, but I can't add it to my exercise diary. When I try to enter strength training, it asks me to enter weights/reps/etc. How can I modify to show that I AM doing strength training for an hour?
Thanks!!

When you log your exercise, you can add an activity. As far as calories go, it's best to use a heart rate monitor.

    EDIT: Log it under cardio.

    Hi lcarknj1,
I had the same problem, so I logged my group power type class as "circuit-training general" (under cardio). That gives you 400+ calories per hour, which would be true if you are exerting yourself in your group power class. If you are working out more moderately, just reduce the time accordingly.
