24 Hours of Exercise per Month Challenge - SEPTEMBER 2023

Here's the 24 hours challenge thread, Let's do it again!! And welcome to any newcomers!
The goal is to accomplish at least 24 hours of EXERCISE during the month. (MORE IS GREAT)
Any type of activity that you would log in your diary counts (both cardio and strength training) ~ walking, running, paddling, biking, swimming, gardening, weight training, dancing, HIIT, aerobics, elliptical, rowing, circuit training, stretching, etc. You get the idea.
For you BEASTS out there (you know who you are), if you want to do more, just post your personal goal that is over the baseline challenge goal.
And for anyone who wants to join part of the way through, just post a comparable goal to finish out the month (for example, joining halfway through, post a goal of 12 hours).
There is no group for this, and no private messages needed. No fancy spreadsheets either, just report your running totals here in the thread.

Let's do this. I have never truly tracked the amount of hours I work out in a week let alone a month, so no idea what range this will end up:
September 1: 35 minute walk
September 2: 1 Hour run and 1 hour walk2 -

September 2: Mixed cardio 1 hr, planks 10 minutes

September 6: rest
Total: 5 hours 40 minutes / 24+0 -
September 7: 20 minutes of planks and isometrics, 15 minutes walk
Total: 6 hours 15 minutes / 24+1 -
September 8: 10 minutes of planks and isometrics
Total: 6 hours 25 minutes / 24+1 -
September 9: 60 minutes cardio, 10 minutes of planks and isometrics
