Zumba and tracking, new to this

Hello everyone,

I started this a few months ago and stopped after 1 week. Have gained 5 pounds since then now at 218. So I started Zumba last Saturday and figured I would try this again. Support and encouragement Needed to stay the course.

    I also do Zumba and track it under the name Zumba Fitness and then I put in the amount of time I did. Welcome!

    Welcome back, I do Zumba at times, I have a HRM. I log my calories that.
  • Welcome. I just started this a week ago myself. I have been doing Zumba (DVD's) since last January. I have gone from a size 12 to an 8. It feels wonderful but I figured I couldn't get the results I really wanted unless I did something about my eating. I find that being accountable for everything that goes in your mouth really helps you stop and think if you really want to eat that or if you think you really need that. I find that it encourages me to exercise so I can maybe treat myself to a small bowl of health pop popcorn or a 90 calorie fudge bar. It's the little things that are more important to me now.

    Keep it up and do not get discouraged, it will pay off!!!
