I'm 68 years old. I had a gastric bypass, which is only a tool. You have to work it. I COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT MY FITNESS PAL. I logged every bite, every calorie, every glass of water, weighed once a week. I connected it to a Fitbit, which was free from Medicare. All my steps were logged. I still have 30 to go, and I've hit a plateau for weeks, but I'm fighting against it. But 150 pounds lost!dbur515vzkwh.jpg

    Stories like this are what helped me see, back in the beginning, that I COULD do it - I'm 80 pounds down, roughly 30 to go, and so much of a difference has been made in my life. (Figured I'd come back to say this.) So thank you again for sharing!
