Has anyone out there tried the GOLO plan? I have the GOLO smart card that tells you how to eat, but this kind of thing isn't my forte. I don't menu plan well so this kind of thing is very difficult for me. Anyone have any tricks to make it easier to do?

    Why try to do something that you find really hard to do? Figure out how to eat less calories eating the foods you normally eat. Make your eating plan work for you, otherwise, you will not stick to it.

    What do you hope to get from the plan that you can't get by making your own food choices, with a bit of attention to calories and nutrition?

    Special diets aren't essential for weight loss, and hard ones are IMO a particularly bad idea for reasons the PP mentioned.
