Protein?

The food diary is telling me that I need 60 grams of protein but that doesn't seem like alot when I write it down in my diary. I went over by 31 grams today and i really didn't eat that much. Is that normal? How much protein do you eat?

i think the protein is set too low on this site. i usually go over as well. i'm not all that concerned about it unless i end up going over by a lot.0

my diary says i need 110 grams of protein but i regularly eat well over 300 grams it also says i need around 400 grams of carbs but i only eat 100 i just use it to count it out the macro nutrients and calories. if you are weight training you should be taking in at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight ideally it should be between 1-1.5 grams per pound0
