Introduction

Hello. New to the forum. Trying to get in shape. So far lost over 20. Been a bit stalled seems lately. Been doing intermittent fasting and consumption reduction mostly. Also a lot of exercise MTB and road bike. Looking for encouragement and accountability to stay on track.

    Hello @grantjohnson2001 and welcome here.

    By tracking your calorie intake, you will sometimes be amazed by the amount you eat some days. A weight loss is not a strait curve as we usually expect, and it's normal it seems stalling. Take other metrics like arms, legs and waist measurements. Its usual changes are not seen on scale but on other points.

    One good point to start will be to calculate your BMR and TDEE to know your daily objective.
