love the ice cream and they just came out with some creamy chocolate clustere and milk chocolate peanut butter bars -- I find those in the candy row in the grocery store -- 120 calories !!! I will be eating these for my cravings -- but only eat ONE !!

Those chocolate-caramel rice cakes aren't too bad.

Or a little chocolate whey, sweetner, pb in the microwave for 30 seconds makes a pretty tasty brownie.

I still have sweets, just a bit less often, and not in the amounts I used to. I try to limit what I have to something that I can't just get on a whim. (e.g. Aunt Ethyl's home made scrumdillyicious pie versus a candy bar from 7-11) I'm still trying to live up to that philosophy! It ain't easy.
I make sure that I budget my sweets into my daily calories.

In the end, I'm a sugar addict and I refuse intervention!!

    ----that sounds interestingly yummy.

How about quaker rice cakes or light graham crackers with nutella spread on it or peanut butter/jam

I shouldn't but i keep those bite size candy bars the really tiny ones in the frig and if I had a good week i get one. If not i don't get one. This week I don't get one :(
  • I love sweets too! They are not all healthy, but in times of cravings, I have found the following to be extremely helpful:
    kellogg's fruit crisps
    sugar free jello
    sugar free pudding
sugar free mousse (I like the chocolate mint kind)
    golden graham's treat bars
    kashi honey sunshine cereal
skinny cow truffle ice cream bars
lowfat whole wheat waffles with sugar free syrup
    cinnamon swirl bread
    kix cereal
    toast with cinnamon/splenda
    lite cinnamon apple sauce
    rice crispy treats
    quaker chewy smashbar graham pretzel
    wheat thins stix-cinnamon kick
    vanilla wafer cookies
fudge drizzled double chocolate chip cookies (100 calorie packs).
  • mini rice crispie treats! they are my favorite.
  • i like keebler 100 calorie fudge shoppe mini brownies or chocolate covered pretzels!

    You're on a diet?

    Bad idea tbh.
