Hi I'm April. I'm 54 6ft, and weigh 530lbs. My goal is to increase my steps and eat healthier foods in order to lose weight, gain muscle, and improve my balance and endurance. Any support is welcome.

    Welcome , you're in a good place. And, you've got work to do! Let's get you some friends for support. I'll add you as soon as this site will allow (acting odd today) and then you can look at my friend list. We have a good supportive group that logs in everyday and cheers each other on.
