Help my legs feel better, they feel like jello after my workouts today. What can I do to soothe them?
( I really should have put off pilates or zumba, both of them in one day along with a burpee challenge my legs are paying for it)

Warm bath works wonders on that or massage them0

Peppermint lotion works wonders on sore calves and feet. Just don't use it high on the thighs....0
