Ok, So it may not be a HUUUGE success story....but I got through all my workouts tonight, all back to back. Granted it's the first night out of 44 more to come....
I did:
40 minutes of Tae Bo Amped
26 minutes of JM 30DS L1
20 Minutes of Butt Bible L1
I burned a total of 783 calories in 86 minutes....and surprisingly enough, the calories burned based on the MFP site and those of my new calorie tracker werent that much off....just around 80 cals!!! So all in all, it wasnt to bad of a night....
I am just waiting for the soreness to kick in tomorrow...oh a great day it will be!

Just eat a banana, take a cold shower and an anti-anflammatory and you won't have to worry about soreness! Although, taking the cold shower is a bit difficult! LOL0

I will eat the banana, maybe have the pain meds, but no tot he cold shower lol

wtg on the killer exercise, you might feel some stiffness tomorrow but here is my two cents of advice, no matter how much it hurts, make sure you do more, it will feel twice as good tomorrow. I love the burn. if it dont kill you it makes you stronger0

I know, that is how I am mentally preparing myself right now...I just keep telling myself, it wasnt so bad, besides I will get an *kitten* that wont quit, it will be worth it! :laugh:0
