Slow Going

It seems such an effort to get that scale to move downward- even with doing everything right. Trying to be positive and remembering there are many non-scale victories. Still… it is frustrating. Well- onward to eating right and getting in my steps today. I’ve been going to exercise classes twice a week now and I do feel really good. Need to keep my focus.

    Yeah, I know😢 it takes forever. But a year will pass whether you do or don't get healthier so just keep pushing!
