Self help books to help lose weight

Hi all.

I searched the MFP community website and found no recent postings on this topic. I was hoping to learn whether MFP members are fans of reading self-help books for inspiration and support in living a life of adversity and losing weight. I am going through a difficult time right now, while also trying to lose 10 kg.

Based on the reactions and replies to previous discussions, I am not expecting much feedback.

I come from a culture where book-reading, goal achievement, and success are often associated with each other. I used a self-help book and successfully lost 20 kg. However, time passed and I stopped applying the techniques, so I have gained 10 kg back.

Any replies and book recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
