Hola! New here!

Hello! I am new here just started today. I am gained a lot of weight since working at a desk for the past 2 years. My goal is to lose weight and feel pretty again. Meeting new people would really help motivate me and tell me no when I want to eat a whole box of pizza to myself lol. #accountability. Looking forward to this new app!

Welcome and I hope you find the support you need here. This app is great at tracking, but ultimately the accountability is on you to follow through and adhere to your regiment. A few tips:
    1. Weight loss occurs in the kitchen
    2. Supported by exercise and calorie burn
    3. Have fun with it. Find something you enjoy doing that is active and burns calories so you don’t get bored or stop.
    4. Mix up your food. Using the boring kicker and rice application will burn you out and you’ll end up binging junk.
    5. Remember that you are pretty now and you’re doing this for your health and longevity(looking good is just the by product of your hard work). Removing the aesthetic mentality makes it a deeper connection to your mind and body.
    6. Consistency over Determination.
    7. It’s not a race. Slow, steady, consistent progress is how you see results.
    8. Don’t focus on a scale. Especially as a female your hormones mess with your weight # on a regular basis. Focus more on how you feel, your energy and sleep and how your clothes start to feel on you.
