I'm a 38 DDD. As far as I know most women have different sized breasts. I know my right one is bigger than the other and it's noticeable.
Is it noticeable?
Just get a padded bra and take one side of the padding out? I know that's a ghetto solution but, it could work.
My opinion would be just not to worry about it. I've gone from a J cup to a DDD and my poor boob are completely different now. Give them time to adjust to your new body.0 -
You're probably just losing fat... sometimes it gets lost in different places. People often retain water around the muscles in different places too. I wouldn't worry too much but it never hurts to the doctor though. In the mean time, get a REALLY SUPPORTIVE BRA (I like the Ta-Ta Tamer II from Lulu Lemon... I have larger girls too!), and do some chest-flys. (I do them lying down on the floor on my back, knees bent so my legs are like a triangle... and lift arms up so the weights come to nearly touch above your chest... then lower to the floor exhaling with arms slightly bent at the elbow.)0

I think it's normal to have one breast larger.
If it's too noticeable to you, train yourself to be ambidextrous. Start using your non-dominant arm for more things (opening doors, making the bed, putting away laundry, picking up groceries). Also if you're using a bar for weight lifting, go for dumbbells instead to even the amount of work done on each side.0 -
I'm a 38D and my right is slightly bigger than my left. I think it's completely normal and like GeekMom17 posted, I suggest getting a bra you can take the padding out of one cup.0

One breast being larger than the other is a common occurrence, and it's not pathetic. I would suggest using some padding in the cup supporting the smaller breast. This generally works.
Now, if what you're saying is that your breast were of equal size before working out then I still suggest the padding, and will offer that I suspect the cause of the difference is unequal weight loss (more fat being used from one side than the other), and this is creating the difference. It could also be muscular. Are you working your pectoralis major? Perhaps you're working it more or less on a given side and it's pushing one up while the other has less muscle under the breast.
The cause is really irrelevant. It's what you do to keep yourself comfortable that matters.

I am also a woman of more then ample bosom and I've always had one that is a little bigger then the other. It's natural for breasts to be slightly different sizes, some women have more significant difference in size then others. I've only lost 6kgs so far but as I've lost the difference in size has become more noticeable, at least to me. I'm not really concerned about it. I still have a significant amount of weight to lose and I figure that they will both continue to get smaller and this difference may balance itself out. I agree with GeekMom17, just give your breasts time to adjust. If not you can try different types of padded bras. If it is a major concern for you then surgery is an option but there are a lot of things to consider it that is a path you want to take.0

It is the same all over your body, one arm is slightly longer then the other, one breast is bigger than the other. Sometimes it is more noticeable. I think as you loose weight you might even out if not do not worry about it.0

Yip - *everyone* has assymetrical breasts. And chances are, the only person who knows you do is you....0

I am so much relieved...
i had thought only i had this problem.
actually since the time i started working out it had become prominent so it worried me big time..
but now i agree to what all of you have been saying.. i still have 16 kgs to go to a healthy wieght.. even my girls will adjust with my new body... padded is a nice option... i'll try that now..0 -
I'm lopsided too - and even more so now I"ve lost weight.
I've decided that there's nothing I can do about it, so won't worry about it!0
