I want to make plan for 2500 calories carb-50% Protein 30% Fat 20% any one can help

You could look at this calculator. But that is a tremendous amount of protein unless you are a complete gym rat:

This is on the high side, but not quite what I would call a "tremendous" amount of protein for that many calories.0 -
