Hi 👋 I am new and in the same boat. Picky eater with texture issues. My doctor recommended this app at my last visit. Good luck to you! I was told to aim for 2,100 calories a day and eat high fat foods. Avocado, olive oil adds good fats. I have also been having oreo milkshakes with dinner when I need the extra calories 😋

Hello! Thank you for posting this. I also trying to gain weight. My issues are a lack of appetite. I have never been a big eater, but as I have gotten to my 40s it has decreased moreso. I am suggested 1,700 calories a day. That's a lot. Can I work up to that? I only have time for 2 meals a day and 800 calories per meal quite an undertaking...

800 calories per meal would be a lot for me too. What about snacks? Nuts are high calorie and don't require refrigeration if consumed within a few weeks or longer. Then there are protein bars, cookies, candy bars - all kinds of foods that are calorie dense, do not require refrigeration or preparation, and can be eaten on the go.
