HOWDY!!!

Well hey there folks. It's Papa K here and I'm not so much getting started as I am "RESTARTING". I have had a membership here for maybe 5+ years and I have flip-flopped from being radically committed to being loosely committed. I just had my 59th birthday last week and I want to make jaws drop when I turn 60! I am hitting the gym at least 5 days a week and the very first thing I always do is about 30 minutes of treadmill which is challenging enough considering my left leg is prosthetic from an on-the-job injury on Christmas Eve 1994 while working at a car accident as a paramedic. ANYWAY, here's to jumpin back on the horse!!!!
