Im new on here and think this website is great. I have my first weight watchers weigh in later. I have lost 1 st 4 lbs on the old plan but just started on the new pro points.
I hope ive done well I was really good all week. I need some buddies on here to help me on the way. I want to lose about 4 stones and I have lost the weight before through diet and fitness and thats my plan again. Just call me Miss Motivated x

Stick with the program(s) and you will achieve your goals. I believe in finding the right state of mind but it sounds like you are already in a good positive place.

You will find all kinds of people here, from seriously obese trying to lose hundreds of pounds, to fit people trying to stay fit, to anorexics using the web site to make their ED more efficient.
I find that having to fill out a diary to log your food makes you think about what you eat all the time. There is not a time I eat when I don't think about having to log my calories and maybe not being able to earn my "under calorie goal" badge for the day.
I get up every morning looking forward to getting on the scale in the hopes that I have a new loss to post here.
So this web site can be very valuable in helping you stay aware of what you eat.0 -
I think its brill. I wish Id have found it earlier. I am really determined this time. I ve lost over a stone and still 4 to go. I think this website will be invaluable and im loving the food tracker how cool is that. I hope to see many of your posts saying youve lost :O) x0
