Adjust or stay the course?

Here my weigh ins for roughly the last two weeks. I've been hovering around a similar number there. I was wondering if you all think it's time to adjust my calories for weight loss? Or do I be patient and just stay the course?
Edit: For some reason it won't let me add the screenshot.
So we are starting from Friday October 20th, every morning up until Saturday November 4th.
Start: 202.7
202.0
203.1
205.1
203.6
201.9
202.5
200.6
202.0
200.7
200.5
198.6
199.6
200.8
Right now: 198.8
This journey I've been losing around 2 pounds a week. So this stall is a bit frustrating.

That's not a stall. You're still clearly losing weight. If you'd weighed once a week you would have seen yourself go from 202 to 200.6 to 198.8. You just have a little bit of typical fluctuation in there. Keep going.5

And you broke under 200! That's progress.2

Yes, be patient and stay the course. You are doing really well!
My weight loss is always hover, hover, hover, drop, hover, hover, hover, drop, with a few extra unexpected ups and downs thrown in just for funsies.
If you're not using one already, it might be worth trying a weight trending app like Libra (Android) or Happy Scale (iOS). I use Libra and it helps keep me focused on the bigger picture.2 -
Thank you all so much for tips!2

That's solid progress.
I assume you remember that weight loss at the same calorie level will naturally slow, because your BMR gets lower. And you need to redo the MFP Goals to update that. It's probably not a big deal unless you've lost 10+ pounds since the last update.1 -
Not only are you still losing; but you're still losing at exactly or very close to your targeted 2lb a week rate.
Which I remind you, and other people, is an aggressive rate of loss especially if it represents more than 25% of your TDEE even if you're still classified as obese. And it's even more agressive if you're close to mid overweight or normal weight
Another telltale that weight loss targets may be aggressive are when you're starting to exceed 1% of your total weight per week. in general people, esp if they have been at it for a while, find it easier to continue losing weight at rates closer to 0.5% than 1%. And, one I particularly find interesting, is when we start to feel entitled to see our quote unquote hard work reflected on the scale.
The issue there is not that we are undeserving, or something silly like that, but the fact that for us to be having that thought surface probably means that we are pushing forward in ways that are starting to prove unsustainable for where we're at at the particular point in time.
And making adjustments so that you can continue to manage your weight in the direction you want to head is much more valuable over the long term then hitting a particular milestone in the short term. My own opinion, of course.4 -
Do continue to weigh daily but use a weight trending app such as Happy Scale (iphone) or Libra (Android) and focus on the trend, not the individual weigh-ins. I have Happy Scale and use the “Moving Average” as my official weight.
