Intermittent fasting and exercise

Hi, I’ve been consistently fasting 12 hours straight for solid two weeks and exercising 4 to 5 days a week! I feel more in control of food choices and less impulsive to eat junk no food! I’ve been eating whole foods and minimal to zero process foods! I feel great about this accomplishment 😊

    Congratulations. I too IF and have been doing so since Nov/Dec 2022. It definitely helps me with night time snacking/eating and got the scale moving!
