Don't know if this is considered venting or crying (not actually crying...on the outside anyway). After almost 8 years I decided to end a relationship about three weeks ago. It was a long time coming. He wasn't a bad guy and the relationship itself wasn't bad, but...we definitely had our issues. I know it was the right decision for me, and I don't regret it or want to go back but it still sucks when someone who's been your person for so long just isn't anymore.6

Ending a long term relationship is always difficult regardless of the circumstances. Take time to grieve and heal, it may be longer than you anticipated. Don't put the rest of your life on hold during the process, you never get that time back. It gets easier with time I promise you.0 -
