Hi! I'm not new. I been on here for about a year. I'm looking for some more MFP buddies to share encouragement and good food ideas. More specifically, I'm looking for those who follow the 'eat back your exercise cals' philosophy.

I typically eat about 1500 to 2200 cals a day depending on my workouts and I would love new food ideas.
