Can you put the baby in a stroller and go for a walk?0

She will only go for walks now in her little tikes car which we do sometimes twice a day but it is not the same as my jogger which we could go for runs with but she hates the stroller now.0

Try doing kettlebell swings and go directly into doing burpees. You start with 10-14 swings followed by the same number of burpees. Without resting, decrease reps by one and keep going that way until you hit 1 rep each. It is a great way to get in a 10-15 minute workout. It is a lot harder than it sounds.
If you don't know the two exercises you can search the proper techniques at menshealth.com0
