Hello!!

Hello fellow healthy eaters! I'm restarting my healthy eating and exercise plan, so I thought this time I would post. At my heaviest, I was at 242 pounds (1/2/2022). I'm now at 228, but I've only recently recommitted to my health and using this platform to lose weight and get healthy again. I'm 52, 5'10", and my goal weight is 175. I'm hoping to draw inspiration from all of you, and will be happy to offer any tidbits I learn that work for me along the way. Onward!

    Hello our story is quite similar. I started my journey for weight loss from 217 pounds, I am 5‘11“ and right now my current weight is 191.6. Are you still continuing? Are used whole 30 for 30 days and it changed things for me especially the relationship with the food.
