Me too! I'm kind of inclined to have it, as if I have something else instead, I'll usually end up having what I wanted anyway...0

I was craving chips and dip really bad and ended up having a can of corn with sea salt on it and 1 slice of toast with spray butter on it. It actually did the trick, canned corn is not the best but hey its better than chips, haha I ate like a freaking horse yesterday. Just check out my diary! Lol0

I reach for a Nature Valley Trail mix bar with nuts and berries. 140 Calories per bar. Take small bites0

I have it... but in moderation.
Avoid buying the big bags of chips/candy... buy the small ones.
I believe if you resist a craving for too long, you're gonna binge on it one day and u wont be able to stop.0 -
when i crave something sweet i usually have a skinny cow candy bar or ice cream treat... I also love fresh fruit. When i want something salty i eat a string cheese or make homemade french fries out of turnips or i make hungry girl onion rings
yummy!! 0 -
Oriville Redenbacher 100 calorie Smart Pop is good for salty. For sweet, I like my Pumpkin Muffins. So easy too. One box of white cake mix, one 15oz can of pumpkin puree. Mix them together, and add a tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice if you want. Do not add the eggs or oil the mix calls for. Divide the batter between 18 greased muffin cups, and bake according to the box directions for cupcakes, They come out at around 125 calories each, and they are super moist, and sooo satisfying!
Edited: Make sure you are using 100% pure pumpkin and not pumpkin pie filling!0 -
Aaahh...moderation. If only...0

Lately, I've beaten all such craving with these...
Sea Salt Caramel bites from Archer Farms (target brand).
Mmmaple Pecan bars from Nature's Path.
Fage Greek Yogurt with Peach
Fig Newtons Fig and Honey Cookies (which I use to dip into the Fage yogurt).
I haven't had a donut in a month (and it hasn't bothered me). Also chocolate candies...not even remotely interested. Anyone have recommendations for potato chip replacement...best I can do so far is Thinny Chips from Jimmy Johns.0 -
I never deprive myself of anything
My doctor told me to avoid big bags so I normally just put it in a ziplock bag. I eat a hard piece of candy but skinny cow sounds really good

My low cal snacks are fat free O. R. popcorn, the pumpkin muffins as listed earlier but I use a spice cake mix, can of pumpkin puree and water to consistancy, works awsome and use fat free cool whip if you like! I also am a fan of the Jello chocolate 60 cal pudding packs...I dislike fruit, so thats out for me!0

Special K Sour Cream & Onion, you can have 27 for around 110 calories. They are REALLY good.0

Oh and hot air pop corn! They sell seasonings that make the pop corn taste like chips and they add no calories at all, I love it.0

I buy a really awesome trail mix/nut mix and a small bag of m&m's or dark chocolate and mix them together. I get the salty sweet and the goodness from the nuts.0

I recently made pumpkin muffins. I used a box of spice cake mix and canned pumkin. No need to add spice, 98 calories.0 -
Eh, depends. I've learned that I crave sweet, salty and cheesy snacks. So I keep single serve cheddar sticks in the fridge (cheesy), nuts (salty), and sugar free jell-o (sweet) at home. That way, I'm not tempted to grab candy from the store since I have what I need at home already. But sometimes I just need a handful of jelly beans. In that case, I just eat a few, not an entire bag from Target.
I just keep in mind that one bad snack won't make me fat, and one good workout won't make me skinny.0 -
My recent problem solver for both cravings: lightly salted rice cakes with peanut butter and a few chocolate chips sprinkled on top. You can put chocolate chips on/in many things to kill the sweet cravings: yogurt, oatmeal, an english muffin, stuffed in a banana. The possibilities are endless! I also like skinny cow ice cream!0

sweet: a jawbreaker or a diet coke
salty: popcorn0 -

Pop chips! I love the barbeque flavor...
I couldn't believe how yummy they were! 0 -

.....this. You took all the words out of my mouth!
Especially the part about buying the smaller ones. Why have a full size Mars Bar when a fun size one does the job for less than 1/3rd of the calories!0
