    I hate both...a lot. If i was training for a race & had to run, I'd go outside. Otherwise I'd probably skip & do some other kind of workout.

    How cold is cold? i don't mind running in the rain, but not when it's cold.
    Doens't help you, but I'd be running on my treadmill (don't belong to a gym) or do P90X workout and save my run for a nicer day.

    Cold rain. There is nothing like a rain run. I love running through the rain and snow the most though. Gives me a challenge.
