Motivation

Hi. Getting back into the fitness and health program. Looking for ideas for training and food ideas.

Also looking for groups and friends to keep the motivation going

    I am just eating healthy I am hoping to get down to 130 lbs and am 5’3” I am currently at 222 lbs. so I have quite a bit to go yet. I am open to making new friends who will motivate me to be healthy.
