Getting Started… Again

Ok, a little backstory. I’m a weight watcher member who was extremely successful. Until I wasn’t. Best shape of my life a short 4 years ago. Now 40+ lbs above my happy weight. Hey life happens. A pandemic happened and my routine was destroyed!
Anyway, all that behind me, I don’t want to “diet” I want to learn a better way of self care and have a healthier relationship to food that will get and keep me healthy and fit.
I’m a 53 year old wife, mother and g-ma. Who would really like to get back into fitness. I absolutely adore Tony Horton and have done P90X several times and plan on working my way back to that program.
Anyway, I’m on a mission, no matter how long it takes.

    Welcome! I’m a former weight watcher , who never had any real success with that. Have been using MFP since June and have lost around a pound a week, logging food. drinking water, and increasing activity. I find reading posts from other community members has helped me a lot. So glad you are with us- I know you can do this!
