You mean lose fat? In a month's time you could lose 5lbs-7lbs, but depending on how much fat you have to lose, it may not show much.
If you're just looking to work your core so your muscles are stronger and "harder", then just about any ab exercise that hits upper, mid, and lower abs will suffice.

The core is much more than the abs.
Won't make much difference in a month but for strong core, farmers carries. sled pulls/pushes, deadlifts, squats. ab roller. Diet to reveal core muscles. Have fun on the trip.

We're leaving in 2 days to a Playa del Carmen all inclusive. It is what it is. I just hope to stay away from the mixed drinks while there and get some exercise most days. I'll work on core strength (and general strength) when we get back. I hope you have a good time and do not worry about things while there. It's not worth the time away from your vacation time to spend any of it thinking about tightening up your core. Its a process that should be a part of your overall good health goals. Its not going to happen in a month's time.4
