been training for 40+ years. Just turned 69 in October. Currently train every day. 3 days weights 1 day cardio (90) minutes. Repeat cycle. No off days. Last check I was at 12% bodyfat. Was pretty light though. Feel pretty comfortable 12-15% bodyfat. I usually just check in the mirror. If abs start to fade a little I dial back my calorie intake. Typically eat higher protein low carb intake. Keep tossing around the idea of competing. There is a local competition in April. Who knows.1
