My Muscle recovery is very slow. And i feel weak in gym sometimes.

    Without more information and guessing you're new to this: start slow, have enough recovery days. Don't lift weights every day as muscle building happens during recovery days.

    There's not really enough information here for anyone to help. What are you doing in the gym? How often are you going to the gym and how much time are you spending? What is your current level of fitness? Are you taking recovery days? Are you getting proper nutrition (including appropriate calories for your activity) and are you getting proper sleep?

    Also, how often is "sometimes", and "slow" compared to what: Your own past experience? What someone else said or wrote?
