Hello Everyone! I need some tips and advice for losing weight fast. I can’t seem to find some things that will actually help me lose weight faster. If anyone has any suggestions that actually work and how to do it and how much water to drink that would be really helpful. Thanks!

Unfortunately, it's going to be a grind. But in general, walk more, increase protein and fiber (more filling), limit sweets and treats, and include regular exercise.1 -
My advice - speaking as someone who lost weight and kept it off for nearing 8 years since - would be to lose the whole idea of fast weight loss. Instead, I'd suggesting thinking about how to accomplish easy, sustainable weight loss.
Losing any meaningful total amount of weight is realistically going to take many weeks, months, maybe even a small number of years if one has a lot to lose . . . even if losing pretty fast. That puts a priority on a routine a person can live with for that long.
Sometimes losing at a moderate pace can get someone to goal weight in less calendar time than an extreme plan that results in bouts of deprivation-triggered overeating, breaks in the action, or even giving up altogether.
Just a thought, though.
