Newbie to Biggest Loser Challenge in Gallatin, TN

Well I started excersising on Saturday and trying my best to eat right. Sunday and yesterday were definetly hard for me because I had to go to my doctor in Chattanooga so I was traveling Sunday and Monday. I also did not get to excersise like I wanted.

However, it is Tuesday. I am trying to do the best I can. I have to get 150 lbs off me in a year which will be struggle but I know I can do anything as long as I try.

    ah, yeah. i'm needing to lose 130 or more. so i feel your pain. have you thought about joining the need to lose 100 pounds or more group? i've lost 13 pounds since june and 8 of it has been in the last two weeks since i joined mfp. so i bet you can make it work for you.
