What is bodyslims?? Any support out there for recovering bingers?

Need support for binge disorder. Was under control for a year but it’s come back big time.

    I too have BED. Bodyslims has helped me A LOT. The leader is a recovered alcoholic, so he addresses participants in this mindset. I likely will always struggle with BED, but Bodyslims has improved my mental health quite a bit to where I can stop myself much faster. I've completed one 10-week series and lost 27#. Looking forward to the next series starting in mid January. Hope you'll give it a try.

    Catdoc1 - I'm also a BodySlimmer :) I've had great success with the program - down 63 pounds - have done 4 rounds (definitely on the slow train but good with it.) Hoping to hit DTD by May!

    I just started Bodyslims for the first time today. I am encouraged to see people talk about how it has helped them I am hopeful this will help me.
