My physician has requested that I provide my food diary records with them. I'm having trouble completing this task and will appreciate any guidance. If I need to upgrade my subscription, I sure would

    Options
    Just go into Settings, then Diary Settings, and you’ll find the option to make you diary public, private, or friends-only. No need to upgrade.
