I have degenerative disc disease and a blown left knee, right knee and hip replaced after being run down by a SUV hit skip driver. I am in constant pain and have been to physical therapy. Trying to figure out what an easier. Way to stretch and work out without any stress on the knees and new hip. Still tender there. I have multiple goals the first being reaching 300lbs and I am currently just above 355lbs. Eventually by small goals I want to reach my post gastric bypass weight of 245 lbs

I have knee and back issues, the best way for me to get exercise is in the pool. It takes the weight off my joints and provides resistance. I alternate between swimming laps, water jogging and using water weights.1
