I don’t feel 60

Hey Ya’ll
I’ve always exercised & ate well. Having just turned 60 didn’t seem possible, time flies. living in FL surrounded by people waiting to die isn’t in my plans. Just started MFP to be the best I can be.

Hi Fr8, I just joined 12/21/23 and am looking for 2-3 accountability partners. But I don’t know how to do this. Let me know if you’ve found a way.

60 next month and I perform better physically than a lot of men in their 30's. If you're consistent with fitness and train to NOT get injured, you can go a long long time.

Now I'm curious how 60 is supposed to feel.😉😆

I wasn't as smart as you: Started getting routinely active in my late 40s, lost to a healthy weight using MFP at 59-60.

Honestly, 68 feels pretty good, so far. People often seem to have low expectations of aging folks (including low expectations about what they themselves may be able to do as they age). That's regrettable.

    Welcome to MFP!
