No photo. I made nasi goreng without egg (reflux trigger) but with chicken breast and shrimps. And a massive amount of veggies. And... too much chili and on top too much salbal oelek. Basically, I think it was tasty and I think I could taste the terassie, but it was really too spicy. ๐Ÿ˜…

No photo, but eggplant (meat)loaf for lunch and onion soup for dinner (cold weather calls soups  )
PS: I have always hated eggplants "alone", but in omelettes and loafs wow (in a loaf for 4 servings there were 600 g eggplants, 50 g grated parmesan, 100 g smoked scamorza, two garlic cloves, 250 g breadcrumb and 1 egg. Delicious and very few calories.)

    This sounds absolutely delicious.

Yesterday was extremely unhealthy; whatever possessed me to eat four heavy, greasy potato latkes that a friend brought from Big City? Ugh.

But I just had a tuna salad sandwich (with hard-boiled egg, chopped red onion, chopped sweet gherkins, and half-fat mayo) with a bit of part-skim mozzarella. Downside was the bagel I put it on, also brought by the above friend and unfortunately tasteless; definitely not worth the calories. Next time, lettuce leaf.

    Roasted broccoli on it's own.

Roasted broccoli, carrots & parsnips with rice.

I ate it before I saw this post. But dinner was sheet pan chicken fajitas.

    Super easy and good.
