    Hello from Texas! Good luck in your weight loss journey. I love myfitnesspal as it keeps me accountable. I've only been doing it for about 2 weeks and have lost about 4-5 lbs. Good luck!

    thank you.. I am in love with my fitness pal!! and I turned everyone at work onto it also.. support is surely the best policy for losing weight.. today is only my second day and I have about 40 pounds to lose before my daughter gets married next year.. and I think that using this site is going to work.. :) I cant wait for my new beginning.. :)
