    Honestly, I wouldn't hold out much hope for this in the next few years.

    Most AI is trained on web content. Most fitness-related web content is bloviated trendy absolute nonsense, not at all well-founded in exercise science.

    For the next few years at least, intelligent humans will be better served by seeking out and learning from true expert sources (which are available but not common).
