I'm going to try this. It can't hurt. I need a lot of support because I'm not very motivated at this time but my friend suggested that I check out this site.

    I've only been here for about a week and I can tell you that it's a great resource for both keeping count of calories and moral support :) Hope you enjoy it.

    I was kind of like you. When a friend told me about this site, I was like well I have tried everything else, why not. I have to tell you, once I got into it I love it. I have dieted all of my like and thanks to this site, this is the first time I know what I am doing. I am going for the steady 1 pound a week and so far so good. I do enter my food before I eat so I can keep from going over. I do not torture myself. I count the carbs, fat and protein and get to eat some of what I want. I love this site. Good Luck!
