My name is Lillian I’m 34 looking to stick with a new lifestyle I’m not going to worry about the exact pounds I want to lose but my main goal is to stick with healthy eating habits and exercising more since I work behind a desk all day hopefully this app will help and I am also looking for some accountability buddies on the way I know if I focus on this the pounds will melt away , my question is who’s with me? :smile:

    I have a very similar focus! Just want to maintain healthy routines and feel my best. I’ve always been an early-morning exerciser otherwise it’s hard to get it in. But it’s been difficult to get back into that routine so I’m hoping this will help!

    Hi Lillian, I’m Reese. I’m 30, and I spent all of my 20’s over weight. I’ve had success with MFP, but I tend to quit after 6-8 months and gain the weight back. I’ve never used the MFP community space for support, so I’d like to give that a try. Let’s make our 30’s the best years yet!
