I really slipped up and fell off track! I got too comfortable in life and gained quite a bit of weight and now I don't know how to even begin to get back where I was.
I was doing so well and now I just feel guilty every time I see myself which only makes everything worse.
I don't know how to regain my motivation or where to start again.
I always feel like I don't have time to do anything but I know I used to make time back then, why is it different now?
Help!!

    Take it one day at a time. Make small changes that you can sustain. Lather, rinse, repeat.
