As you may have guessed my name is Andy and I’m looking for some friends. Like a lot of people here this isn’t my first time here, heck in the past I had major success but of course I let booze and food get in the way and gained it all back. Currently I’m 356, 37 and my goal is to be under 200 before the age of 40. A couple more things about me, I am a single father, gay, love anime and teenage mutant ninja turtles. I hope the best for all of you

Hey Andy - yeah, feel the same. I have let work, food, and booze derail my plans too. Just read an interesting article about weightloss, see below. It sounds like you have a goal - it is doable, as I've heard it is healthy to loose up to 2lbs a week, so in a year that's 104 lbs. Have you set yourself any smaller goals, like when you are going to start and what will be the goal in the first week?
