    Oh! Speaking of gyms… My alternative gym that I like because it has showers and machines which was supposed to be closing has been bought and is continuing on as usual with a few minor improvements. (She is even considering putting in another squat rack!)

    I stopped in yesterday and met the new owner and she is super chill. I’ll probably wait until after the New Year’s rush and then renew my membership.

    The 5 AM crowd there is fantastic and supportive, and I like them a lot
